The division employs more than 3600 team members.What you'll do:As a Senior Category Manager, you are entrusted with spearheading your team towards the attainment of KPIs and ROI within your category. Your role encompasses strategic thought leadership, innovative design, and effective execution, ensuring the success of the category strategy.Key responsibilities include:

• Utilising customer insights to shape category strategy and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborating across a broad strategic portfolio to support the Head of Health in shaping the total Health strategy.
• Taking initiative to lead various tasks for the Health portfolio, such as promotional mud mapping with the team, undertaking project assignments, and providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Demonstrating strategic thought leadership to develop a compelling narrative for the category range.
• Exercising comprehensive leadership across the value stream, overseeing end-to-end execution from insights to supply chain management, in-store implementation, and final clearance.
• Achieving both budgeted and unbudgeted revenue and sales growth, assuming full accountability for the category's profit and loss.

Your extensive expertise in category management, procurement, and strategic sourcing is pivotal in driving the category forward. You serve as the primary leader, responsible for the performance and expansion of the category.What you'll bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Category Manager or a minimum of 7 years' experience in Category Management, Buying/Merchandise Management, or Account Management
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry, including compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills for complex customer data interpretation and solution generation
• Proficiency in category commercial and financial aspects
• Extensive background in procurement/category management with best practice knowledge
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory management, including demand planning and supplier management
