Your new role 

As a Senior Change Analyst you'll - 

• Plan and Lead the facilitation of change impact discussions to identify and quantify impacts 

• Document change impact assessment outcomes, to determine the scale of change 

• Coordinate and track the monitoring of actions arising from change impact 

• Identify and outline any change management risk and issues 

• Support the development of communication and training plans 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Change experience within Financial Services
• Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives 
• Previous experience working within a Digital Project 
• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Demonstrated experience of delivering change and learning in a continuous delivery model
