Rose and Crown Hotel ‘WA’s Oldest Hotel' is seeking another passionate and highly skilled Chef to join their committed established kitchen team -with new kitchen developments opening soon.
As a Senior Chef at the Rose & Crown your key role will be grill/pans in the alc kitchen however will rotate through the kitchen and learn every section. The position will report direct to the Exec Chef / Snr Sous Chef and will work to support the creation, implementation and development of menu items.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- ability to run all sections in the kitchen
- a strong eye for detail and the maintenance of standards
- manage junior members of the team
- maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- ordering and general paperwork
