Skills and experience
You must be fully qualified with proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
- High volume experience
- Experience in the smooth running and control of staff and food service for the entirety of the shift
- The passion to set high standards in the kitchen
- Attention to detail, creativity and a passion for food
- A high standard of cleanliness
- Must have updated and current knowledge of dietary and allergy menu requirements.
- Able to help design exciting and innovative menus .
- Assist management with staff and food costing
