The reason for the vacancy
Whilst many engineering firms in this sector are nearly on ‘hold’, this group continues to expand their market share.
This is a new role – with the purpose of developing the team and growing in strength and diversity.
The solution you will create
You’ll assist others with their design knowledge by imparting knowledge of 12D software. You’ll also work on both small and large sub-divisional projects from 50 – 6000 lots.
Day to day requirements
- Meet with clients (sometimes)
- Attend project meetings in-house
- Spend most of your time designing using 12D
- Impart knowledge to five other designers – guide them on their design journey - as appropriate
- Maintain brilliant office culture by participating in office events and being an all-round fun, cool person. All welcome - come as you are. You'll be enough.
- 10-20 years’ experience in design of Land Development projects
- Knowledge of 12D software
- Communication skills enough to share your enthusiasm for your work
