The successful candidate will possess a sound knowledge of Residential Construction Estimating, with a comprehensive understanding of the Residential Estimating process with a Project Home Builder and are looking to work with a Premium Top Home Builder.
- Oversee quotes and contract variations within residential construction
- You must be in Australia and have full working rights.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain the costing of standard and non-standard pricing
- Work with the Estimating Team
- Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for all goods and services required on site, in accordance with company procedure
- Review plans, specifications, and schedules prior to project commencement
- Conducting construction reviews of plans and engineering details
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Immediate start if possible
