About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. Supporting a high profile business unit with our Health and Home category you will have the opportunity to make a real commerical impact. Leading a team of Finance Business Partners and analyst and providing ongoing strategic analysis, decision support, financial reporting, planning & forecasting, and financial transactional processing
You will also;
- Work in partnership with the GM of the Business Unit and their leadership team, provide strategic, commercial decision support, and governance, ensuring business unit strategies and initiatives deliver annual budget targets, EBIT efficiencies and working capital improvements.
- Supporting the business unit deliver strategic priorities and outcomes.
- Work across business & finance to ensure that key stakeholders are consulted to ensure project impacts are clearly understood, measurable and change is communicated.
- Influence and drive improvements in the end-to-end finance functions across key digital platforms
As Senior Finance Manager you'll have experience of managing high performing teams. You will have experience in a fast paced commercial environment and demonstrated achievements in driving organisational change. Ideally, you'll also have:
- CA/ CPA (or equivalent) and a diverse finance background covering Financial Control, Financial reporting, Planning & Analysis, and Commercial partnering
- MBA or equivalent advanced post graduate experience would be viewed favourably
- Advanced influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- Experience in strategic business planning and direction setting.
