Holistic Nursing Solutions (HNS) is a private community nursing company that delivers high-quality, Person-Centred Care. HNS specialises in wound and continence management for clients post catastrophic injury, particularly the client with Spinal Cord Injury, aged and disability clients.

Position Purpose
You will provide strong financial support to senior stakeholders within the business and help deliver successful financial outcomes and compliant financial operations across a number of business areas.
Key Selection Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum Certificate IV qualification e.g. Business Administration, Accounting (CPA / CA desirable but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools. Strong proficiency in Xero is essential; familiarity with other accounting software is advantageous.
- Good leadership and communication capabilities – to be able to effectively manage and communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation in a respectful and professional manner
- Proficient in Xero, Workflow Max, Google suite, MS Excel
- A positive attitude and professional nature.
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport building skills.
You must hold (or be willing to obtain);
- Current National Police Check
- Current Yellow Card or National Disability Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check - (Blue Card)
