With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
- To champion, promote and deliver best in class Earned Media and Influence strategy, plans and execution that embed our brands into the cultural conversation of consumers and into the hearts and minds of the bartending/advocacy community.
- Work within a small but dynamic team of entrepreneurial Brand specialists, across a portfolio of small but mighty Incubation Brands, including ST-GERMAIN, ABERFELDY, and ANGEL’S ENVY, developing strategies for local deployment, leading local brand building campaigns, and managing evergreen activities across key markets. You will report to the VP of Brand PR & Influence.
- Lead multiple PR agency relationships across key markets and have the gravitas to operate at senior levels in a matrix global organisation.
- Partner with Local Brand Teams to lead the annual PR and Influence strategy and activity calendar, as well as goal setting and measurement.
- In addition to “flagship” moments, work with agencies to ensure a steady stream of media and influencer coverage year-round through hardworking and creative plans.
- Work closely with IAT to execute creative, integrated, and innovative activity that drives scale and impact.
- Create captivating brand narratives and series of soundbites to ensure stories are compelling for the target audience.
