About the Role
The position coordinates, delivers, advises, and supports training and learning activities for Corporate Services. In particular the position is responsible for ensuring that staff are provided with appropriate training and development within Corporate Services.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify training requirements within the Corporate Services.
- Design and maintain training programs that meet the needs of the department.
- Deliver training or support the delivery of training by supervisors or other staff to ensure that training and development objectives are met.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery and programs through building appropriate measures of assessment within the Corporate Services.
- Facilitate the coordination of training programs through effective scheduling and rostering of training.
