This includes overseeing all Salesforce work streams that include projects to be delivered and operational support and including testing, environment management and continuous delivery. The Senior Manager, Salesforce Practice will work closely with the technical stream leads, subject matter experts and stakeholders responsible for the design and development of new solutions, the transformation of business systems and associated practices within the University while managing external vendors.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple streams of work across the Salesforce Platform, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, environment and vendor management
- Ability to plan and manage the delivery of major work streams to ensure all program and project deliverables are aligned to the University’s business processes, change management, business and technology implementation, data migration and system integration (directing resources from other business units at times) while taking business direction where projects are led by business units
- Experience overseeing operational teams to manage patches, system availability, Salesforce Admin, defect management and large user bases.
- Experience in Project Management Disciplines such as Agile PM Foundation, Agile & Scrum Certifications, PMP and other Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, Cloud Consultant and App Builder) and other Trailhead Academy qualifications, with experience in Project Management software, Specifically ServiceNow PPM, Jira and other tools, MS Visio, MS Teams, MS Excel.
