Innovate Health Langwarrin is located at Shop 18 at Langwarrin Plaza, in the heart of Langwarrin.
Innovate Health Langwarrin's open hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The innovation Health model brings the latest in healthcare to meet the patients needs with IT integration, flexible appointment times, comprehensive services but also to GP’s with different ways in which to ‘see’ their patients, and nursing support around the clock.
With general practice, skin and dermatology services, plant based medicine, and more, we are set to increase our service offerings in the near future and need you to join our team.

About The Role
We have an exciting and involving opportunity for the right candidate. Permanent role available for a senior receptionist. The candidate must be reliable, have great leadership abilities and a team player.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Meet and greet patients and visitors
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Working well as part of the team
- Manage phone enquiries and appointments
- Schedule appointments and patient billing
- Liaising with the whole team throughout the practice.
- General administration duties (scanning, filing, etc.)
- Collect and enter patient details into the system
- Supporting the whole team to ensure a smooth running practice
Essential Criteria:
- Medical reception experience preferred
- Must provide current drivers license
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
- Experience with Best Practice Software is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
