What you’ll contribute to
The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories activities including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, Dealer support and warehouse operations in order to achieve sales volume, market share, profitability objectives and optimise warehouse operations to global best standards.
The Senior Parts Centre Help Desk Consultant is primarily responsible for effective operation of the Parts Customer Help Desk which are entrusted to provide excellent customer service, communication, and parts consultation to the Dealer Network and Export Distributors. This is done in order to support Dealer and Distributors performance, planning, and supply chain activities across the business, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profit objectives
How you’ll make an impact
Implement and review agreed Parts Centre Help Desk processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve the Division’s objectives.
Plan and coordinate Help Desk tasks and monitors to ensure efficient workflow to achieve Customer Service Excellence.
Develop and lead the implementation of plans to manage urgent issues escalating from the Dealer network and Export Distributors
Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.
Prepare, monitor and update SOPs for Parts Centre Help Desk to provide the highest level of Customer Service to all TMCA stakeholders.
Update and maintain reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare and communicate relevant Toyota correspondence to the Dealer Network and Export Distributors
Maintain and analyse call centre documentation in order to ensure that any changes in systems, processes, and procedures are documented accurately and reported to the Dealers and Export Customers.
Monitor own task with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.

Degree qualification or equivalent experience
5+ years’ accumulative experience
Strong understanding of the Dealer network and its operations
Strong Excel skills.
Understanding of the Toyota Parts business including Sales, Operations and Procurement desirable
Excellent problem solving and lateral thinking skills.
Experience in project management desirable
Track record in meeting critical deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all.
Ability to maintain all relevant safety processes and compliance documentation consistently to a high standard.
