Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze strategic issues for the MARS Program.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and liaise with organizations delivering initiatives for the program.
• Analyze evaluation reports and proposals to make recommendations for strategic direction and funding.
• Assist in developing effective communication between our department and external stakeholders.
• Represent the Division in relevant groups, committees, and public forums.

Role Specific Requirements:

• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, and implement programs and projects.
• Understanding of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing, or knowledge of the mining industry and its health and safety laws.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to achieve results.
• Strong conceptual, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
