- Provide leadership in the planning, development and implementation of the recommendations related to the Older Persons Mental Health Services review report.
- Support the organisational change development, implementation and review of frameworks, policies, systems, and processes that support the key project deliverables to be achieved within the identified target dates.
- Provide definitive high-level strategic advice to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader Mental Health Services Reform Team and other SMHS project managers to ensure that the delivery of strategic reform programs is consistent and integrated across SMHS.
- Develop highly effective and productive relationships and manage networks with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake specific project management functions directly associated with the progression of reform across the OPMHS sector.
The Role:
- Work as part of a high functioning project team to implement the recommendations of the Roy Fagan Review Report

Fixed term full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 Jun 2026.
