SalaryWestside Eye Doctors is a well-established Ophthalmology practice. Our small team consists of two Ophthalmologists, a Psychiatrist and admin/reception staff.
We are looking for a senior person to join our team. Medical admin/reception experience is required.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday. This position is located at our rooms at Taringa, and is a long term roll. You will need to be a team player, have a friendly disposition to your colleges, be patient focused, and be able to take and follow instructions, as well as being a self starter with regard to using your initiative and logic.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Patient Co-ordination
- Staff Co-ordination
- Reception duties
- Recording notes, writing quotes, discussing fees
- Data entry via Medical Wizard software
- Private Health Fund billing
- Scheduling operations with different hospitals
- Attending to rooms opening up and closing procedures
- Banking as required
- Clinical Assistant
