Roster: Monday to Friday
Responsible for development and maintenance of Heritage Schedules and Survey Trip Planning that supports successful and timely achievement of the delivery of Heritage and Native Title activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong level of stakeholder engagement, collaborating with all cross functional team to maintain quality assurance for all activities
- Develop, baseline, and maintain the Heritage and Native Title schedules for new approval requests and existing approvals.
- Develop reports on progress against schedule.
- Inform and communicate the outcome of schedule risk and critical path analysis.
- Assist to identify and resolve all issues within schedules and manage communication for all disruption through change management.
- Hold periodic meetings with the stakeholders to update the schedules to reflect the actual progress.
- Monitor project progress, status of the schedule and report on progress regularly through meetings and reports, including but not limited to S-Curves, critical path and variance reports
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies identification and management including dependencies to shared services teams such as Environment, Studies, Tenements and Acquisitions, Projects, and Strategic Planning.
- Establish information management and process to report performance of Heritage and Native Title approvals delivery.
- Review and issue schedule information to ensure governance over project related scheduling and resource decision.
- Attend periodic Traditional Owner Planning meetings to advise on and plan the individual survey scopes against the available trips.
- 5+ years of project scheduling and planning experience
- Engineering, Project Management, Data science or similar relevant qualifications
- Scheduling process and practices
- Schedule tracking methods
- Understanding of Scheduling Tools and their behaviours
- Establishing standardised Scheduling framework
- Short interval planning of resource capacity constrained activities
- Schedule development and “what if” analysis
- Proficient with Primavera6 and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Power BI
- Tableau
- Personable and approachable with a high level of experience in influencing and communicating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered
