About the client.
Our client is a leading fire contractor with a national market presence.
Due to growth across their Fire Services sector, they are now seeking experienced Service Manager to manage a wet and dry fire team consisting of account managers, team leaders and techs/ admin staff.
The role is looking after contracts such as education, retail, government, commercial property & healthcare portfolios.

They currently operate in all states and have a strong reputation in the market.
Day-to-day duties but not limited to.
- Managing your PnL
- Managing clients & internal stakeholders
- Managing service techs and tradesmen
- Reporting to a Service Manager and GM
- Managing monthly forecasting and finances
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Leading and developing an existing service team
Selection Criteria.
- Sprinkler fitter or electrical qualification
- Wet or dry fire background
- Two recent references
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management
