PRIMARY DETAIL
Work with the collaborative and high performing team to provide student customer service and administration transactional support.

• From $93,017 to $102,676 (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
• Full time, continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
• High performing team. Hybrid working arrangement.

THE ROLE

Our Enrolment team within Student Shared Services is seeking 2 x Senior Student Administration Officers to provide specialised, higher level or escalated Student Administration, advisory and/or transactional services.

Working in this busy and fast-paced role, you will:

  • Provide specialised advice, customer service and complex transactional support to international and domestic students.
  • Apply and share specialist knowledge of Student Administration policies, procedures, relevant standards and legislation relating to international and domestic students at the University.
  • Undertake complex Student Administration transactional processing using a range of Student Administration systems.
  • Review, analyse, assess, communicate and follow-up on complex or specialised student queries in accordance with established policies and procedures, and ensuring the correct application of the University's terms and conditions.
  • Ensure specialised Student Administration tasks are proactively and efficiently executed.
  • Execute and/or escalate complex student enquiry liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that support student services, process and systems improvement.
  • Monitor own workload and work application to support high quality and effective individual and team work outcomes, prioritising time and tasks to meet targets and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain reporting regarding Student Administration customer service and/or transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will have experience in supporting students and in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, as well as ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. You are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and able to manage high volume workload to deliver to deadlines.

You have strong communications skills to engage with and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
