The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Supply & Demand Planner – Reebok to join our footwear team based at our Richmond Support Office! The Senior Supply & Demand Planner is responsible for the provision of demand & supply planning for Reebok domestic & International. The role focuses on defining forecasts to meet supply requirements, whilst ultimately achieving cost effective equilibrium. The candidate is required to proactively liaise with internal and external business stakeholders.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Review current Sales and Operations plan and provide demand forecasts in value and volume for multiple time horizons, recommendations across all product categories and sales channels. Consolidate sales orders both monthly and seasonally to capture all sales demand.
• Manage Purchase orders in BC systems and Reebok Global systems. Adhere to and influence Critical Path process ensuring business and Reebok Global timelines are met.
• Review the sales forecast v business plan (budget) taking into account projected inventory KPI’s, working capital, slow moving and aged stock, vendor performance and product tiering classification.
• Develop gap analysis reporting to identify risk and growth opportunities.
• Co-ordinate between Brand Collective and factory supply chain to proactively capture early change demand signals and create a highly responsive and agile supply chain successfully catering to customer demand.
• Review stock holdings, including sizing profiles, to optimise inventory in all locations, reduction in aged inventory, key partner logistic optimisation, maximising our fill rate metrics with key partners and direct container programs.
• Balance inventory due dates with customer requirements respecting business expectation/cash flow. Manage delivery tracking process of all purchase orders including supplier bookings with freight forwarder.
• Influence cost KPI’s via robust management of direct shipments, PnP at source, working capital, days of inventory.
• Timely communication to all key stakeholders of critical supply issues.
• Review and analyse channel inventory levels by sku to identify and manage risk and opportunities. Propose recommendations based on channel performance to meet target weeks of cover.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing, Finance and Product teams with full support, cohesion and collaboration for GTM activities and sales results. Communicate with key stakeholders on late deliveries or other product issues. Proactively trouble shooting to resolve issues e.g. oversold issues, short shipments.
• Collaborate with Suppliers and Logistics team to ensure purchase orders are shipped on time and other issues are resolved.  Oversee and prioritise deliveries into warehouse.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.
• Deep understanding and presentation of the market and sell through trends with key retailer partners to drive data-based decision making for future market activities.
• Create, manage and report on key promotional activities and expected outcomes with deliverable results. 
• Manage the integrity of master data ensuring regular maintenance is adhered to. 
• Own the monthly demand forecast meetings, coach key sales team members through forecasting process with data driven insights and key actionable feedback.
• Provide input into the supply planning to assist with inventory, phase in, phase out strategies.
• Communicate with Reebok Global to understand any challenges with supply and formulate internal communication for the sales and marketing activities, including local design planning, advertising activities, global hard launch dates (HLD’s).  Provide data and reporting to Reebok global team as required.
• Ad hoc analysis to drive business and commercial decisions.
