Demand & Supply Planner

We’re a female-founded, Australian wellness brand with a growing global presence. Put simply, you’ll be responsible for helping grow Health Lab to become the biggest ‘ball’ brand globally.

Role 

Reporting directly Senior Planner, this role is responsible for developing and implementing best practise in Inventory Control Management & has key focuses on financial performance.

As a commercially led business, this role is designed to help improve and optimise overall business operations, help us better deliver to our retail partners, improve our production processes, improve margins, reduce wastage and help us improve our sustainability footprint.

• Identify and reduce aging inventory
• Identify and Solve any warehouse error management, such as inventory monitoring, Inbound/outbound receipts, receiving, and adherence to WIP controls.
• Act as liaison between Health Lab and Warehouse inbound/Outbound Teams.
• Manage damaged stock and returns.
• Act as the gate keeper for the Inventory Builds and items cost/purchase input within NetSuite.
• Act as the key contact for any late or incorrect outbound delivers from DC
• Manage the receipt of Purchases, and maintaining price information (Including but not limited to: Billing & Updating DIFOT).
• Assist in the generation of AdHoc Data gathering
• When required Assist with the  monthly reporting, including Forecasting, Demand and Production Plans
• Work with Supply chain manager on managing inventory forecasting model to enable clear visibility of future stock requirements and stock levels 
• Build close relationships with 3PL warehouses in multiple locations
• Work closely with operations team ensuring that they have clear visibility of Australian production requirements.
• Work closely with all internal departments
• Track inbound shipments and address any delays (Customer service)
• Work with customs broker on clearance of inbound deliveries
• Manage stock enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and run delivery schedules
• Co-ordinate stock takes and maintain data integrityCoordinating and processing daily orders including EDI orders for major customers.
• Organise and manage deliveries for both domestic and international orders 
• Releasing orders whilst managing stock allocation.
• Report on stock replenishment & order fulfilment
• Provide clear & concise communication to customers around availability/delivery dates/backorders
• Create BOM purchasing requirements for DP to approve

• Inventory & planning experience within FMCG specifically food
• Passionate about company you work for
• Proven project coordination and planning skills with a focus on managing multiple projects.
• Experience within retail environments such as Coles and Woolworths would be highly regarded
