Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring optimal stock coverage across all channels to meet forecasted customer demand. WelleCo is privileged to empower people to own their beauty-through-wellness journey, and this role is critical to ensuring our customers have access to a seamless supply of product. Working closely with the Operations Coordinator and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in all aspects of the supply chain, with the ability to gain exposure across the wider operations landscape. You will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Supply Planning:
· Champion the monthly IBP process internally to ensure buy-in and compliance.
· Collaborate with channel leaders to develop accurate monthly forecasts.
· Develop and maintain an accurate Supply Plan across a 12-month horizon.
· Maintain satisfactory inventory holding in line with approved targets.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Provide accurate and timely inventory information to other functions of the business.
· Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure alignment on production planning.
Risk Management:
· Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to proactively identify potential risks to the near term (4 month) supply plan, such as production or logistics delays.
· Effectively communicate risks to relevant teams and collaborate to develop and implement mitigation strategies where needed.
Systems Management:
· Ensure accurate inventory is reflected across all systems at all times.
· Maintain master data in inventory management system as well as partner systems.
· Ensure inventory management system is single source of truth.
· Apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes and systems to create efficiencies and optimise existing processes.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
· Experience working in production/supply planning capacity preferred, however not required.
