The Role:
Enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated Senior Systems Administration Specialist to work within the Technology team. The team is responsible for all technology services provided to corporate staff. This includes desktops, security, applications, remote access and connectivity.
Areas Supported:
- Windows and Linux Server Environments
- Active Directory support, design and strategy
- Identity Platforms such as Okta and Azure AD etc
- Identity access Governance Systems (i.e., SailPoint and Saviynt)
- Cyber access management tools (i.e., CyberArk and Thycotic)
- MDM Design and Strategy
- Office 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, etc)
- AWS (Workspaces, networking, security etc)
- PowerShell scripting
- Desktop SOE Strategy, Design and Build (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Patch Management and version control
- Network and Security competency
- Contact Centre telephony
- Strong experience with Windows Server and some exposure to Linux.
- Expert capabilities in Office 365.
- Expert capabilities in Desktop Management (SCCM, GPO, JAMF, Intune etc)
- Understanding of Identity and Access management solutions end to end.
- Expertise in working in large public Cloud Environments ideally in AWS.
- Can solve complex problems including data and platform configuration issues
- Experience with scripting and writing database queries, e.g. SQL, PowerShell.
