About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Officer - (Grade 1) to be part of our Wireless Network Group, Communication Services Command team. The Senior Technical Officer - Grade 1 is responsible for providing effective operational support to the NSW Police Force through the provision of technical services and advises the Commander on the status of maintenance and repairs to communications equipment.

Provide an example of your direct involvement and high-level experience in digital conventional radio technologies, which must include one or more of the following: Digital trunking networks, back haul linking technologies, microwave, RF Links, VOIP and/or satellite.

Provide an example of when you have designed and implemented specialised electronic device/s that interface with communications equipment to improve service provision.
