We are Brullen, a manufacturer of soft serve machines. We also service soft serve machines nationwide.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a superstar to support our team in a customer facing capacity.
The role will see you answering calls and responding to customer queries in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for various customers.
Having an interest in mechanical or any technical field would be very useful, however attention to detail is key to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer queries (phone/email)
- Provide troubleshooting assistance
- Develop basic knowledge of equipment
- Must be computer literate (Outlook/Excel)
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Excellent phone & email skills
- Interest in technical or equipment fields
- Ideally you have experience in the service industry. Although if you don't no worries, for us it's all about the right attitude

This role is based in Zetland, Sydney. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm start date being as soon as possible.
