What You Will Be Doing
Answer and handle technical support enquiry calls, from customers and engage other employees to address questions.
Administrative duties such as timesheet entry, purchase order creation and expediting, receivables follow up, invoicing.
Monitor revenue and contribute to forecast projections.
Provide administrative support to the service team.
Assist the Service Manager / Branch Manager with daily branch operations.
Create, schedule, receive and process orders, provide information concerning changes, pricing in service and shipping. Maintain customer interaction and provide information about our products, parts and service.
Collaborate cross functionally to achieve business goals.
What You Will Need
Previous experience within a service administrative position (desirable)
Knowledge of the M3 system (desirable)
Well-developed administrative skills
Knowledge and understanding of common office procedures.
Strong experience with Microsoft computer packages
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a DAS
