Join the Swanson Industries team in Lambton as a Service Administrator and drive the administration processes for the fitting and machining department.
You will be a key partner to the Sales Manager, Workshop Supervisors as well as various other Departments.
You will have the experience and insight needed to troubleshoot and fix processes as well as having a structured approach to problem solving. You will also be able to work effectively with team members at all levels within the business, as well as important customers.

Your Tasks
- Raise jobs, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation in the ERP.
- Liaise with Account Managers and Supervisors to prepare quotes and reports.
- Maintain service job records, timesheets, quality assurance data and documents.
- Support workflow through the workshop ensuring parts are ordered, monitored, followed up and that the team is kept informed.
- Prepare timesheets for the service team and liaise with payroll for queries.
- Coordinate with stores ensuring receipts and dispatches are processed in agreed timeframes.
About You
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within an industrial workshop environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Very strong administrative and data entry capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a heightened sense of pride in your workmanship.
- The ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (strong in excel) and familiar with ERP systems.
