Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of service requests
- Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and that customers are kept informed of the status
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, including customer information, service history, and billing information
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to complete service requests
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, and work to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction
- Assist with billing and invoicing for service requests, and ensure that all billing information is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide administrative support to the service department as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a service administration or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
