Coastal Windows & Doors is a proud family operated business. Over 30 years experience in the building industry. We are seeking to employ a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Service Administrator.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Administrator, who will be responsible for:
- Organisation of service and repairs of manufactured windows and doors
- Scheduling service reports and co-ordinating with service technicians
- Liaising with accounts department regarding servicing of jobs
- Liaising with customers with regard to deliveries and installations on a weekly basis
- Completing administrative tasks as delegated and assist in all other general duties as directed
- Answering phones as required
- The ability to comply at all times with the company rules, policies and procedures

- Ability to take initiative for own work
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Computer literate – Word & Excel
