Audi Centre Five Dock is one of the largest Audi businesses in NSW and we have an exciting opportunity in our Service Business for a new “Service Advisor” to join our team.
This is a front-line role in a fast-paced environment where the team are dedicated to delivering outstanding levels of customer service and building relationships with our valued customers.
You will learn from our team who have over 100 years of combined Audi experience.

In this role you will:
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service
- Explain service options and processes
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
- Offer value upsell items
- Order parts where applicable
- Prepare repair orders and invoices
- Update customer database as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3-year previous experience in a Service Advisor position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- ERA, ERA net experience preferred
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver’s licence
