Hornsby Mazda has an amazing opportunity to join one of the Automotive industries fastest growing brands.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of 4 our Service Advisors.
Main Responsibilities :
- Liaising face to face with our service customers
- Take phone enquiries
- Make service bookings.
- Work closely with the Workshop controller to ensure vehicles are running to time.
- Keep customers up to date with the progress of their vehicle.
Must haves:
- Proven track record in Service Advising.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Team player
- Able to work one half day Saturday per month
- Excellent computer skills
- Great time management skills.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Mechanical Knowledge but not essential.
- Era Power experience.
- Super service Triage experience.
- Xtime booking system experience but not essential. Training provided.
