Automotive Service Advisor - Sydney

1. Extensive experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a dealership environment.
2. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Professional presentation and courteous phone manner.
5. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
7. Friendly, cooperative, and a strong team player.
8. Keen attention to detail.
9. Personable and comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis.
10. Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to service customers.
2. Perform driveway service check-ins efficiently.
3. Handle estimation and telephone inquiries and sales.
4. Create and process repair orders.
5. Generate accurate invoices and reports for service customers.
6. Monitor service times to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
