An opportunity exists for a Service Consultant to join our Service team at Prestige Cars Group in Southport.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have previous experience within a similar Service Advising role or been working in Hospitality. Previous experience will be an advantage but is not essential.

You will also need to demonstrate:

• Provide and deliver exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• Great time management and organisation
• A good knowledge of automotive servicing and repair
• A strong desire to succeed in the challenging automotive industry
• Good computer literacy - able to pick up new systems

You'll become the key contact between our Workshop Manager and our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that they're kept well informed during every stage of the servicing process.

While this is not a technical role, some knowledge and experience is required.
