About the Role Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on the future growth of Sunnyfield? Our Shared Living premises in Maroubra provides a supportive environment to make a difference to the clients we support. This role will play a key leadership position, leading a team to provide accommodation support to our clients. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop skills in your career. You will be leading the way in delivering programs to clients to achieve their goals. As an engaging person centred leader who enjoys supporting others, you will have a direct hands on role with the people we support, including the development of new programs and supports, as well as administrative responsibilities including rostering and leading a team of support workers. Key focus:
Day to day management of the accommodation facility
Ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to clients and their families
Lead and support a team of Community Support Workers
Oversee and manage daily operations of your support services and, where required, provide direct support to people with disability
Manage programs within the approved budget and are in line with client needs and support plans
Provide coaching and developing opportunities, manage conflict and address performance within your team
Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service, client acquisition and retention
About You You are passionate about making a difference! As a positive and energetic person you want to contribute and generate new ideas. You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.
