The position
The Service Coordinator is responsible for the provision of timely and effective coordinator and administrative services to the Services Team and its customers for Maritime Cargo and Construction Division in Australia and New Zealand.
In this role you will liaise directly with internal and external customers as well as form strong working relationships with internal sales, service, parts, warehouse and Maritime Cargo personnel.
The duties include:
- Raising job cards / repair orders and costing job cards
- Invoicing if service jobs
- Assisting with the scheduling of services
- Site mobilisation functions
- Timesheet data entry
- Addressing customer queries
- Generating reports and updating databases
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Service Coordination role
- Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage
- Must be an exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multitask and independently prioritize workload according to competing demands.
