Role Overview

As a Services Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and managing our periodical cleaning operations across Queensland, particularly in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. This position entails a balanced mix of on-site Supervision, client liaison, team Supervision, and hands-on involvement in both periodical and commercial cleaning projects. With a focus on incorporating cutting-edge technologies, including drones, into our cleaning practices, you will ensure our projects are executed flawlessly, adhere to strict health and safety standards, and exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities Include

• Service Coordination: Efficient management of periodical cleaning projects, from scheduling to resource allocation and supervision.
• On-site Supervision: Direct involvement in projects to guide teams, solve problems, and ensure quality standards.
• Client Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
• Team Supervision and Training: Leading and training teams in best practices, safety protocols, and technological advancements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations and meet our high-quality standards.
• Operational Support and Project Management: Assisting with complex projects and overseeing the successful delivery of all cleaning tasks.

• Extensive experience in the cleaning industry, particularly in periodical cleaning operations.
