We are looking for an experience SIAM Lead that will be based in our Wellington office.

So far so good? What we're looking for from you is:

  • 10 + years working and leading in an ITIL environment
  • Multi ITIL disciplined, and experienced.
  • 3 + years working and leading in SIAM environment, with 3 or more vendors
  • Strong experience with contracts and managing vendors to contracts.
  • Strong experience managing vendors and working with all levels of management
  • A leader in continuous service improvement programs.
  • Understand complex technologies
  • Administration level experience with SNOW or similar tools
  • Strong people management skills
