About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional services to residents at our Busselton Community Supported Residential Units (CSRU).
You will ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, develop staff, and foster a culture of excellence and resilience within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Management
- Lead the team to deliver program requirements according to operating procedures and guidelines.
- Implement cultural change initiatives and ensure compliance with funding guidelines and quality frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and achieve program targets.
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery and share best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within Richmond Wellbeing and the broader community.
People and Performance Management
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and manage employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and foster a positive work environment.
- Recruitment
Finance and Budgeting
- Oversee financial management, including budget compliance and expenditure authorization.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to the General Manager, Residential on financial matters.
Leadership
- Demonstrate values-based leadership and promote a culture of openness, feedback, and productivity.
- Establish team structures and develop staff to meet organisational needs and client outcomes.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or similar.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex service delivery setting, preferably in mental health or related fields.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in change management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
Attitude
- Action-oriented, accountable, flexible, and committed to achieving results.
- Demonstrates courage in leadership and maintains cultural sensitivity and respect.
Other Requirements
- National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)
- Valid WA driver's license
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
