Our client is seeking a Service Manager to join their prominent and highly successful motoring dealership based in Albury-Wodonga. The successful applicant will have proven experience in a vehicle dealership with an excellent understanding of service department systems and procedures.
This position is responsible for the supervision of staff, monitoring of all service levels, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained, supplier and partner liaison, quality assurance, phone and front desk assistance to clientele and general administrative tasks.
Relocation assistance, to the Albury Wodonga area, may be available for the successful person.
Key requirements for this position are;
- Previous experience working as a senior service advisor
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Proven knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
