Service Receptionist

One of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups are currently seeking a happy, friendly and efficient experienced Receptionist/Host to join the industry leading Service team at their Ravenhall location. 
To excel in this role, this person needs to truly understand the fundamentals of hospitality, possess a great understanding of etiquette, can demonstrate amazing social skills and has the ability to make others feel welcome.

• $57,304 annual salary, plus super, plus the potential to earn up to $30K in commissions per year on top of your salary!

This exciting role involves:

• Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
• Being a Host to all the Guest in the service area
• Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Logging telephone calls as required
• Invoicing, filing and general administration duties
