We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join the team at our Kloster Ford as a Service Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity to launch into a lucrative career path toward being a Service Advisor. Our Service Departments have an excellent reputation and this role is integral to maintaining our customer focused experience.
This role is suited to a highly motivated, results oriented team player with a passion for driving success.
The must haves:
- A commitment to outstanding customer experience
- Professional personal grooming and presentation
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to fit seamlessly into a strong team environment
- A 'can do' attitude
- Comfortable rapport with a wide range of personalities
- You hold a current unrestricted driver's licence
Other things we consider:
- A positive attitude to learning and enthusiasm to succeed
- Good knowledge of, or previous experience within a dealership environment is desirable but not essential
- You genuinely love working with people
- Confidence, reliability, honesty and flexibility
