About the opportunity
You will predominantly be the prime contact between the company and our guests for repairs and maintenance on vehicles. Your role include but are not limited to
- Greet guests, assist with phone enquiries and visiting customers
- Take service bookings and attend to phone enquiries
- Determine customer's needs & efficiently communicate through the appropriate channels
- Attend to guests when vehicles are brought in for service
- Keep track of work being done on vehicles
- Provide quotes for vehicle repairs and invoicing
- Follow-up service progress
The following attributes will be required
- Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident to attend to customer needs & expectations
- Medium to advanced computer skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks
- Experience in a similar position in automotive industry (desirable)
- Attention to detail
