Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure timely communication with completion of work requests from various departments.
- Act as an intermediary between customers and Service Department, relaying information and forwarding messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Hosting the showroom where necessary and ensuring customers in the lounge have been looked after with refreshments.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage ‘service’ email address and online enquiries / bookings.
- Assist in managing bookings and repair order creation.
- Ensure service reminder calls/emails and data are managed and updated.
- Manage service re-booking calls and appointments.
- Repair order filing.
- Manage adequate levels of current POS material within Service Department.
- Previous experience in a customer service/receptionist role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel & Outlook) as well as internal DMS (currently Titan) and PAG IT systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal etiquette.
- Able to manage large amounts of data with high accuracy.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritising workload.
