We are looking for someone to join our motivated and close-knit team.Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for Service Reception support to the service department. This will include taking incoming service calls, assisting customers, filing of service-related documents and providing general assistance to service personnel. Successful candidates will be dedicated to creating a high performing culture and committed to living the Eagers automotive values including Integrity, Inclusiveness, Owners Mindset and Agility.
About The Role :
- Greeting customers
- Answering the Phone in a timely manner
- Update repair orders as required.
- Manage bookings and enquires via phone, email and walk-ins.
- Manage online service booking enquiries.
- Follow up back orders of parts in a timely manner.
- Assist with service customer inquiries.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Do You Have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous Service Department and ERA experience preferred but not essential.
