Servicenow Specialist

The Client: Join a fantastic team working on a large Vulnerability Management program as a ServiceNow Specialist. Working with a large Utilities organisation that manages some of Australia's most significant energy assets, require an experienced ServiceNow Specialist.

Location: CBD
Hybrid: Providing excellent flexibility WFH – 1 day office
Contract: 6 months initial contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage a backlog of activities and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop and implement IT Portal request forms to streamline service requests and enhance user experience.
• Design, build, test, and deploy workflows, tasks, ticketing systems, and other ServiceNow functionalities to automate and improve IT processes.
• Drive requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Lead dashboard design and implementation efforts to provide stakeholders with clear insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate on the CMDB re-design and re-build project to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
• Implement integrations via REST and SOAP APIs between ServiceNow and various services such as Splunk, SOAR, Crowdstrike, Rapid7, IDAM, and Active Directory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
