We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrator and General Utility with INX experience.
The Opportunity
As a site administrator you will be responsible for front desk attendance, management of the accommodation system, travel logistics and all aspects of general office administration on site.
You will also be expected to provide hands on assistance in other areas of the village as required such as the kitchen or housekeeping.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
- Demonstrated experience using an accommodation booking system - INX experience is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Essential criteria:
- INX experience
- Valid C Class driver's licence
- National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or willing to obtain one
- RSA Certificate
- OHS White Card (desirable)
