About the role
The Site Administrator is initially based in our Perth office, supporting our Owner's Team in preparation for the commencement of construction. Once onsite activities increase this role will transition to Yangibana on a 2/1 FIFO roster or DIDO for Carnarvon or Gascoyne Junction residents. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site team, including coordinating mobilisation, flights and accommodation.
Key activities will include:
- Manage all mobilisation for the Project, including the coordination of flights and accommodation.
- Work in accordance with Hastings' health and safety standards, promoting safety awareness and managing risks.
- Facilitate the collection, compilation, and distribution of project reports and maintain current site records.
- Coordinate and support contractor mobilisation, ensuring compliance with Project requirements
- Maintaining INX Inflight data accuracy.
- Prepare for, support and coordinate meetings, including setup of meeting rooms and technology, minute-taking, and agenda preparation.
- Assist with maintaining site attendance lists and provide support to the site emergency management team in emergencies.
- Maintain and foster effective working relationships with employees, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legislation and company policies.
About You
- Prior experience in project and/or site administration and/or mobilisation is highly desirable including using INX Inflight at an administrator level.
- Experience using software such as INX, TeamBinder, CMS and Pronto is desired
- Must be MS Office advanced level, in particular, Excel is required
