Due to this continued growth, we are seeking an experienced FIFO Site Administrator on a 3/1 roster for a new long-term project commencing now.
Central Systems has clear processes and procedures, and we are looking for a willingness to learn these and work as part of a team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow in their skillset as well as be able to offer input and bring their knowledge and experience to the table.
Your main duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Booking and coordination of flights and accommodation, including roster management across several projects
- Onboarding of personnel through client systems like INX, Success Factors and Workflow
- Daily timesheet entry with weekly reconciliation and submission to payroll
- Entering and maintaining training and qualification database
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with reconciliations of subcontractor claims
- Providing support to the Project Lead / Site Supervisor as well as supporting the Project Management team
- Assisting assets department with organising plant and equipment repairs and sourcing parts
- Compilation of monthly project reporting
- Ensure compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll and financial
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Site Administration role within the Mining and Construction sector
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Strong data entry skills and good knowledge of Excel
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
- Able to multi-task, time manage, prioritise, and effectively organise site events
- Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or in stressful situations
