The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager and based in ACT, theSite Manager will be responsible for management of sub-contract resources to ensure effective installation of mechanical services systems to meet the construction program and budget.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the installation of mechanical services systems
- Running site tool box meetings
- Managing sub-contractors and ensure compliance to SWMS
- Co-ordinating & managing deliveries
- Constant communication with the project manager & flagging any risk early
- Ensuring any changes are captured for as built drawings
- Ensure the implementation of site safety plans in liaison with the OH&S Manager
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
