Site Supervisor /Manager

To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on a mixture of Multi storey apartment buildings (4-6 storey) MUST HAVE experience in 4-6 storey Apartment Construction
The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict, and who is driven by project, personal, team and company success, proactivity resolving building issues liaising with your clients.
Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management
Responsibilities
- Lead site teams on projects valued between $10-15M
- Ensure all aspects of construction meet quality standards and are completed within time frames and budgets
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure build quality is of high quality standards
- With a high focus on customer service conduct walkthroughs with your customer including handing over customers keys and pack.
- Manage all aspects of health & safety including risk assessments & method statements.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on Construction of Multi Storey Apartment Buildings within the building & construction industry.
- Meet company’s KPI’s weekly/monthly
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field would be highly regarded.

- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and additional safety management software will be looked upon favorably
High Salary subject to experience + company vehicle or car allowance + Mobile phone allowance + Laptop + iPad
Working hours Monday to Friday – weekend if required.
